At the time of the original transaction the business operated four nurseries in central London. It has since grown to 96 nurseries located in London and the South East of England. The business has strategically focused on commuter belt towns, metropolitan cities and areas of housing growth, following a hub-and-spoke strategy as it expands into new regions. The business prides itself in having a portfolio of very high quality nurseries (>95% rated Ofsted Good or Outstanding) underpinned by a core culture of care and understanding towards its staff, children and community.

The business is expanding through acquisition within its core geographies whilst maintaining its people-focused strategy to create the highest quality childcare provider of scale in the UK.
