Dental Partners was formed in 2018 to be the highest quality, regional market leader in dentistry offering patients choice across NHS and private treatment.
The group began with a small clinician-led group of 10 practices in the East Midlands, Lincolnshire and South Yorkshire trading as Genesis Dental Care and has grown by acquisition since. August Equity is backing an experienced, professional management team to continue to invest in and grow the business to create the Best Place to Work and ensure the best care and treatment for its patients.
August Equity realised its investment in Dental Partners through a trade sale in April 2022.
