August’s investment provides funding for ambitious growth plans, investment in sales and marketing and product development. To date, OneTouch has completed three complementary acquisitions that have expanded its product offering, supported cross-selling, and marked its first steps into international markets. These include Tri.x, the UK market leader in adult and children’s social care procedures; AutumnCare, an Australian care-home software provider that broadened OneTouch’s clinical capabilities; and Quintil, an e-learning platform that has already driven strong cross-sell momentum across the wider customer base.
