August Equity are happy to announce that Sam Sinclair has joined the team as Talent Director and Harry Caro has joined the Investment Team, following on from Bethany Shiers joining as Manager earlier this year.
Sam joined August Equity having spent 15 years in human capital advisory and executive search in the private equity industry. As Talent Director, Sam is focusing on supporting August’s portfolio with key appointments during the investment period. Additionally, he manages an evolving network of advisors, consultants, and non-executives, who can be deployed into a variety of situations as required. Before August Equity, Sam worked for Russell Reynolds Associates and Korn Ferry in the technology practice, leading search and assessment projects.
Harry joins August from Alantra having spent three years in their London M&A team. Harry will focus on new investments and portfolio.
Bethany joined in February, having previously spent three years at BGF with a particular focus on Technology, Education and Business Services. Since joining August, she has been focused on new investments across both Technology and Business Services, as well as supporting on portfolio bolt-on acquisitions.
