August Equity are very pleased to announce promotions that see Kishan Chotai become a Partner. Additionally, Sam Hardy, Katie Beckingham and Greg Walsh are being promoted to Director and Celine Henriksen to Manager.
Kishan joined August Equity in 2017 from PwC. Through his promotion to Partner, Kishan will lead on our future Business and Compliance Services investments. Kishan is a Board member of both AAB and Amtivo.
Sam specialises in new investments at August Equity and joined in 2017 from a private equity advisory firm. He leads the new investment origination function at August as well as being heavily involved with our management teams throughout the lifecycle of our investments on their growth strategies and executing strategic M&A.
Katie joined August Equity in October 2018 having previously worked for Barclays in their UK M&A team. Over the last four years, Katie has been involved in a number of platform investments and portfolio businesses across the healthcare, technology and business services sectors. She currently sits on the Board of both AAB and Agilio.
Greg joined August Equity in January 2021 from PwC. Focusing on new investments across all of August’s key sectors, Greg is currently on the Board of Family First, Sonderwell and Integrity360.
Celine joined August Equity in January 2022 from PwC. She has focused on new deals since joining the team and has also worked on both Amtivo and Family First.
