August Equity LLP (“August Equity”) is pleased to announce that its portfolio company, Lifeways Community Care Limited (“Lifeways”), has completed the acquisition of Autism Solutions Limited (“Autism Solutions”).
Autism Solutions provides supported living for individuals with autistic spectrum conditions and similar complex needs through a range of innovative support solutions. Its offering will complement Lifeways who provides a wide range of high quality, personally tailored services for people who need ongoing social care support.
Lifeways supports more than 1,300 people throughout the UK, and has more than 3,500 staff with a high level of in-house expertise and experience.
